「愛的家」全力同港人打贏疫情
本港新型肺炎疫情仍然嚴峻，可見的未來兩三個月，口罩都是所有市民抗疫和正常生活的重要配備之一。「愛的家」幾位年輕創業家，近日接獲很多查詢，愛的家的團隊定當陸續回覆，並且有以下安排：
（1）全球疫情日趨嚴重，本地口罩供應持續緊張，愛的家會加快完成內部物流測試，以及盡快做好電子零售平台，令香港人毋須為口罩而擔心，多點時間照顧家人。明白大家對於零售價錢的關心，但由於需要計算成本等等因素，將於下週向大家公佈價錢。
（2）現時市場上「愛的家」口罩是批發版本，作為愛的家測試市場物流系統之用。愛的家懇請商店，以合理價錢出售愛的家的口罩，在香港困難時「同舟共濟」！
（3）愛的家會繼續落實四月份，為公立醫院人員「一元一口罩」 ，感謝他們為香港人健康拼博，「愛的家」為您打氣！
（4）愛的家團隊收到好多來電和電郵，愛的家會一一回覆，請大家稍為等候。很多學校、福利組織、中醫等等，都希望愛的家提供口罩，愛的家會努力生產，希望未來日子，盡量滿足大家的需求！

As COVID-19 cases are on the rise globally, we foresee that face masks will be a household necessity for the coming 2-3 months. We understand everyone's needs for face masks and we have received a tremendous amount of enquiries. Please don't panic, we are working our way through the messages and would like to make a general statement to all:
1) With strengthened measures in social distancing, we absolute understand you and your family's needs for face masks! Regarding retail prices and arrangements, please allow us a few days time to properly work out the most convenient and efficient strategy, details will be announced next week.
2) As a few of you have noticed, there are currently a small amount of "Family Masks" on the market, they are part of the first batch of products in the Hong Kong market for wholesale trial. We sincerely hope retailers who are carrying our product will sell them at reasonable prices to help our own community.
3) Thank you, we have received a lot of support regarding the $1 offer for public hospital staff. We are also working our best to work out the most convenient and efficient way to distribute as we know you work long hours and queues aren't optimal. We plan to begin the program in April and will announce more details later.
4) To charities, schools, welfare organisations, and other requests – we are sorry for the delay in replying, we will get back to you. We are working our best to produce 24 hours a day to fulfil as many needs as we can, we hope you can understand.
